Need to pick up items, make copies, or print something, but aren't comfortable coming inside just yet? We are here to help.
If you need any of our regular library services to come outside:
- Pull into our parking lot
- Give us a call at (940) 497-3566
- Let us know what you need, what you're driving, and where you're parked
- We will bring your items or information out to you
Be sure you have your library card or ID available so that staff can check items out to you. If you need to pay for services, staff will take any forms of payment inside to process them and return to your vehicle with your receipt and/or change.
Know you'll be coming by later in the day, but want to have your items ready ahead of time? Feel free to email us at lakedallasstaff@lakedallas.com with your request and then give us a call when you're in the parking lot.
If you need to print items out, send them as PDF attachments to lakedallasstaff@lakedallas.com with the subject 'print' and we can print them from our staff computers for you. All print jobs default to a single copy in black and white; if you would prefer color, multiple copies, or back and front printing, please specifiy in your email.
