Expired Motor Vehicle Registration/License Plate 

• Remedy within 20 working days after the offense or before the 1st court appearance, whichever is later.
• Late penalty fee must be paid to the Tax Assessor/Collector.
• Pay a $20 dismissal fee to the court.

Expired Driver's License

• Remedy within 20 working days after the offense or before the 1st court appearance, whichever is later.
• Pay a $20 dismissal fee to the court.

Failure to Change Address or Name

• Remedy within 20 working days after the offense or before the 1st court appearance, whichever is later.
• Pay a $20 dismissal fee to the court.

Operate Vehicle With Defective Required Equipment

• Remedy before the 1st court appearance.
• Pay a $10 dismissal fee to the court.

Failure to Display Driver's License

• Remedy within 20 working days after the offense or before the 1st court appearance, whichever is later.
• Pay a $10 dismissal fee to the court.

 Failure to Maintain Financial Responsibility

• Must show proof of insurance at time and date of the offense and court must be able to verify with the insurance provider.  
• There is no dismissal fee.
