Summer at the Library
Summer Kickoff starts June 4 at 11:00am. Join us for Cathy's Critters Petting Zoo, a soda machine, craft, and more! Sign up for Summer Reading for a chance to win big and finish the summer off with an ice cream party!

Spanish Class for Teens & Adults - Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays, 2:15pm
Learn the basics of Spanish - textbooks and materials provided. Best suited for ages 13 and up.
Crafters of Lake Dallas - Tuesdays, 4pm
Come by the library every week and work on your own craft project or the library provided activity. All ages and abilities welcome.
Medicare 101
Learn the ins and outs of Medicare at the library.

MysPense Book Club
The Lake Dallas Public Library's mystery and suspense book club meets every third or fourth Friday from 11:30am-1:00pm in a local restaurant to discuss that month's book.

Mad Science - Life in the Sea - June 11, 2pm
Explore different ocean ecosystems and learn about the plants and animals that live there. Classifying creatures from sharks to sponges gives everyone a taste of ocean diversity.

Learn about different reptiles and their amazing adaptations in this live demonstration.
Author Visit - Mary Brooke Casad - June 25, 10:30am
Mary Brooke Casad is the author of ten books featuring Bluebonnet Armadillo, a traveling Texas armadillo who teaches children about historic Texas sites.
