Summer Programs
Summer Kickoff takes place on June 4 at 11:00am. Join us at the library for a petting zoo, soda machine, craft, and more! Sign up for Summer Reading for a chance to win big and celebrate with an ice cream party at summer's end!

Children's Programs
Storytime
Join us in person for Storytime every Thursday at 10:30 AM in the Library!
Wiggles & Giggles
Join us every Friday at 2pm for Wiggles & Giggles, an early literacy program for children 0 to 3 years old.
1000 Books
1000 Books Before Kindergarten is an early literacy program open to any child from newborn to kindergarten aged.
Spanish Songs and Stories
Learn Spanish at this storytime for preschool and elementary aged children. Appropriate for Spanish learners or Spanish speakers.
Chapter Challenge Storytime
Join us on Thursdays at 4:30 p.m. for a storytime for children wherein a classic juvenile chapter book is read serially and discussed. Most suited for ages 7-12.
Crafters
For all ages, children-adult; best suited for older children. Join the Crafters of Lake Dallas at the Lake Dallas Public Library every Tuesday from 4-5pm. Bring your own craft to work on or try your hand at the library's weekly craft!
Library Stop
Saturdays at 2pm. Family fun activities: puzzles, board games, STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, Math), Art, and Movies; a new activity each week!
Teen Programs
Spanish Class
Free Beginners Spanish Class for teens and adults, starting this June.
Crafters
For all ages; join the Crafters of Lake Dallas at the Lake Dallas Public Library every Tuesday from 4-5pm. Bring your own craft to work on or try your hand at the library's weekly craft!
French Conversation
For teens and adults; all French levels from total beginner to native speaker or anything in-between are welcome. This program is supplemented by the French Class, but one is not required to attend the French Class to attend French Conversation.

Adult Programs
Myspense Book Club
Every third or fourth Friday at 12:15. Meeting in a restaurant determined by club members.
Just Read Book Club
Book Club, every second Wednesday from 5:00-6:00pm at the Lake Dallas Public Library.
