Municipal Court Online Inquiry

& Payment System

You must agree to the following terms in order to use this online payment system. Please read the following information carefully.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

The court now accepts online payment for many court fines.  Fines may be paid over the Internet 24 hours a day, 7 days a week using Visa or MasterCard. You must pay the fine in full; no partial payments will be accepted online.  A 3% convenience fee will automatically be added to all online payments.  Payments for defensive driving court costs, deferred disposition court costs or payment plan arrangements will not be accepted online.  If you have hired an attorney, do NOT pay online.  By paying online, you are waiving your right to a jury trial and pleading no contest to the violation.  A guilty conviction will be applied to the violation.

Alcohol or Tobacco Violations - There are age restrictions for certain alcohol (under 21) and tobacco (under 18) violations. You may not pay online and you must appear before the judge.

Juveniles – State law requires that juveniles (16 or younger) make a personal appearance with a parent or legal guardian before the judge. You may not pay online.
