Lake Dallas City Hall hosts senior residents from Corinth, Hickory Creek, Lake Dallas and Shady Shores -- the Lake Cities Seniors each week. On alternating Tuesdays, Walmart of Hickory Creek hosts Bingo! for fun prizes and gift cards. Alternating Tuesdays host dominos, card games and the occasional pot luck luncheon. No dues or membership is required – all seniors are welcome to come and enjoy.

Texercise! Senior Ladies Fitness
Texercise, State of Texas Department on Aging and Disability Services (DADS) program encouraging individuals to adopt healthy lifestyle habits such as regular physical activities and good nutrition.
Lake Cities Senior' Texercise is a chair-based fitness program where participants stay seated as they exercise following a professional instructor via broadcast from a television monitor. Program selections include core fitness, strength and stretching.
Schedule: Beginning January 6, 2012 -- Fridays from 10:00 to 11:00 AM

Class Fees: Free

Zumba Fitness with Ming Schrader

Tai Chi with Stephen Conner
T'ai Chi Ch'uan is an ancient Chinese exercise for relaxation, and overall health. The class begins with warm up exercises referred to as ‘Chi Kung’. A choreography of martial art postures done slowly, low impact, to build up leg strength, leading to better balance and health.
Instructor Stephen Conner has studied the martial arts since 1974 and is a Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do. He has competed and taught for more than twenty years.
Schedule: Wednesdays; February 8, 15, 22, and 29 from 6 to 7 PM
