The Linwood-Gilliland Community Room is a beautiful space that includes a commercial kitchen and can accommodate up to 254 standing persons or 200 sitting. The Community Room is a great place for special occasions such as wedding receptions, bridal and baby showers and family reunions as well as for business purposes such as meetings and conferences.
Rental rates are also very affordable starting at just $30/hour. There are special rates available for non-profit/civic organizations and day-long conferences. Included in the rental rate are use of the room’s 8 ft. tables and chairs, special event lighting and fully functional kitchen.
