Located inside Lake Dallas Municipal Complex at 212 Main Street the Linwood-Gilliland Community Room with its large commercial kitchen is a great place to host your event!
The Linwood-Gilliland Community Room can accommodate up to 254 standing persons or 200 sitting. The room is a great place for special occasions such as wedding receptions, bridal and baby showers and family reunions as well as for business meetings and conferences.
Rental rates are also affordable starting at just $30 per hour. There are special rates available for non-profit, civic organizations and all-day conferences. Included in the rental rate are use of the room’s tables and chairs, special event lighting and fully functional kitchen.
