Join us as we get in shape this January. We will meet in front of the Lake Dallas Public Library to stretch at 7 a.m. We will take off on the Rail Trail at 7:30 a.m. and circle back to the library around 8 a.m.
We will be utilizing the C25K app to go from couch potato to 5K, alternating between walking and jogging for 30 minutes.
Remember to bring your own water, and we will see you bright and early.

Learn Spanish at the Library with your whole family and library staff. Open to ages 4 and up, this program will utilize the Duolingo Classroom and provide a fun environment as we all learn Spanish Together!
This program utilizes the Duolingo classroom, so it is recommended that you bring a device that can connect to the Internet, including a tablet, laptop, or phone.
