What are the normal operating hours for City Hall? The normal operating hours at Lake Dallas City Hall: Monday-Friday 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. The Police Department is always open.
How do I make a request for Open Records? A request for open records may be made online. Or you may print the required form and bring it in to our office or send it to 212 Main St., Lake Dallas, TX 75065: Open Records Request Form (.pdf)
Requests requiring over twenty (20) copies, will require payment of $.10 per copy. All requests completed that require less than twenty (20) copies to be made, the cost will be waived.
