The Fugitive Apprehension and Tactical Enforcement (FATE) Team are responsible for investigating street level crimes, providing operational support to Patrol and Criminal Investigations, and serving all high-risk felony arrest warrants and search warrants originating from within the Lake Dallas Police Department. They also respond to teletypes and requests from other law enforcement agencies requiring the service of arrest warrants. Members of the FATE Team go through extensive specialized training to better serve the citizens of Lake Dallas.
